Ekphrasis has been on peoples' minds' lately. Eileen has posted an older poem of mine I sent her about a painting from a Monet exhibit she was talking about on her blog in terms of ekphrasis.

The interaction between art and poetry is pretty universal insofar as everyone does it, from traditional elegiac anecdotal poetry to experimentalists alike.
